Every website is different, and the work involved depends on the customer's desires and needs, and how efficient the customer is in getting the necessary information to us. Obviously the more time spent, and the more involved a website is or becomes, it may affect the overall price or quote. (Some people have given us the impression they wanted one thing, but it turned out they wanted a lot more done, or they changed their mind a hundred times, making us start all over OR they may have had no idea what they wanted at all! So be ready to give us the complete picture of what you want done.)
A customary quote is $500 for an average website (up to 30 pages). But some can involve many labor intensive, link-related pages....or to create forms from scratch (30 to 100+ pages)*. These types of websites might cost more, such as around $1000 to complete. And on the other hand, if it's a very small, easy website, it could be only as much as $200-$300.
OR you can expect to pay $50/hour. (But you'd be amazed how much can be done in one hour!)
Maintenance - We can create a website, with a general quote and/or ball-park figure, and maintain it for you after its completion at $50/hour. If you have a clue about computers, you or your Admin person can EASILY be taught to maintain your website (remember, we spent many many hours of research to find a program that would be easy for the client to maintain, if they wanted to). If you have no clue about computers, then it might be better for us to maintain it for you. But we can do a LOT in one hour's time!
*Even though a website may appear on the outside to have only 5-10 pages....in actuality it could really have 30 or more buried, linked pages that you don't really see on the home page.
HALF PAYMENT COLLECTED UP-FRONT!
NOTE: Once we give you a quote, we will expect half up-front to get started. We will collect the balance at completion or near-completion.
(*If you wish to know why this is, see below.)

*The reason for collecting half the payment up-front is for two reasons:
We have worked on website projects before, and the client lagged in getting us final information to us, so we could not finish it. When a client pays some money on a project up-front, they have incentive to get it finished!*The reason for collecting half the payment up-front is for two reasons:
